Visa od 30 days can be taken directly at the airport. They are still a few country which cannot do it so please recehck for your nationality. At the airport the 30 days visa costs 25 USD, but it can be paid in other currency also. It is usually quick to take the visa at the airport

Exit Tax : 150.000 rph soit environ 10-15 euros or about 20 usd.

Electricity : 220V and the same plug as in france. But the electricity is not very stable.

Weather : Bali is in the tropics. The temperature is about 30 degrees all year round, with the hunidity going up from October to June. In july and August, the nights are cooler at about 23-25 degres.

The rainy season is from December to March.

But you can dive all year long , that is the main information.

Every day costs : life in bali is not very expensive yet. Unless you like eating western food only, luxury hotels and trendy bars....If you eat local, really local yo can eat for about 2 usd perperons, In small restaurant for about 4-5 USD per meal. If you eat in hotels it will be more expensive , about 10 USD.

Fir the hotels it is the same from a few dollars to a few thousands, it depends what you are looking for.

Days : the sun is coming up between 5h30 and 6h00 and the sunset is about 6:30 to 7 PM. The balinese are following the sun, so they usually sleep earlier, but get up aroung 5 or 6 AM...

Bargain : yes it s important to bargain in bali, especially in the market, gallery, taxi or private cars.

Population : Bali has about 3,5 millions d'inhabitants, Hindu for about 95 %. Just like the Indians from India, they worship Brahmâ, Shiva et Vishnou, but the every day rituals are very different. Each village ahs its own practice.The rest of the population are Buddhists, christians and muslims. The Balinese speaks balinese as well as bahasa Indonesia, which is the language for the whole country. A lot of people can speak English on the island, so it is quite easy to communicate.

The more you want the higher it goes, and arounf july-August and December-January, the prices can go quite high.

So if you decide to come, check the tickets first...

No compulsory vaccines in ali, and no malaria either. But if you go to other island it is better to check malaria.

But think about the repulsive for mosquitoes, because you can have quite a few, s well as denge fever, aminly in the cities.
